Please make additional copies for each family registering. A non-refundable registration fee of $50.00 must accompany your registration. Housing will be determined on a first come, first serve basis.

For CMA church Members/Attendees, Family Camps 1 and 2 will have a free-will offering taken during our chapel sessions to cover the cost of these camps.

Registration Instructions

1. Complete all requested information.
2. Select camp and enter fees into camp rates, then total.
3. Enter the appropriate fees and donations, then total.
4. Calculate the remaining balance due by subtracting fees from total camp rate.
5. Print, sign form, and enclose check or money order for the "Total Amount Enclosed."
6. Mail completed registration form with a check or money order to:
